The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas hob top and electric oven, washing machine and microwave, there is a wood burning stove to feed the radiators in the winter months.

The cottage is situated 5 minutes outside the village of Arnac la Poste, 7 mins from junction 22 off the A20, the town of La Souterraine with rail link to Paris is 15 minutes away and Limoges city and airport a 40 minute drive.
The area is abundant in lakes and forests providing wonderful woodland walks and cycle rides, Lac du Mondon 5 km away offers a bar and restuarant, outdoor swimming pool and play area.
